Division Leads are employed team members of Limitless Trades Group — not owners, partners or franchisees. Limitless Trades Group owns and runs every division. You lead the crew and the work, and the Engine Room backs you with shared systems and support. You run the trade. We run the rest.

The Engine Room is our shared support team. It handles marketing and leads, quoting support and bookings, invoicing and chasing payments, payroll, HR and hiring, licences, insurance and compliance, safety (WHS), and technology and AI systems.

Which divisions are hiring?

Garage Doors & Gates is our established division. Electrical & Automation and Property Maintenance are growing divisions looking for leaders and crew. Fencing, Air Conditioning, Security and Plumbing are coming next.

Do I need my own ute, tools or ABN?

No. We supply everything you need: ute, tools and gear. You don't need an ABN. You're an employee of Limitless Trades Group, not a contractor.

What are the hours like?

Most weeks are four full days plus a half-day Friday. We back good work-life balance, so you get time for family, sport and life outside the job.
