You move up when you're ready, not when you've done your time. Your next seat is earned on three things: competency (you can do the work to our standard), capability (you can take on more and lead others) and confidence (you back yourself and others back you). Not years served. A second-year who's ready gets the seat before a ten-year veteran who isn't.

- Marketing and leads. We bring in the work.
- Answering the phone. Bruce, our AI receptionist, picks up every call, day and night.
- Quoting, invoicing and getting paid. Our office team and Limitless OS handle it.
- Admin, finance and compliance. WHS, regulatory, payroll and staff obligations are covered.
- Tech and tools. We are an AI-first trades group. GoAsk, our sister company, runs our brand, tech and marketing.
You do the trade work and lead the team. That's it.
Lead a division
Our growing divisions include Limitless Garage Doors & Gates, Limitless Electrical & Automation and Limitless Property Maintenance.
Division Leads run their own area with a team behind them. An opportunity to earn more than working alone, with a base salary and gross profit incentives shared with your team. Actual earnings depend on division performance and the agreed incentive arrangement.
You bring the skill and the leadership. We bring the customers, the systems and the back end.

What is Limitless Trades Group?
Limitless Trades Group is an AI-first trades group based in Toowoomba, Queensland. It started in 2015 as a family garage door business and now owns and runs several trade divisions, with a shared Engine Room that handles marketing, admin, compliance and tech.
Is Limitless Trades Group a franchise?
No. Limitless Trades Group owns and runs every division. Division Leads are employed team members, not franchisees, partners or business owners.
How do I move up at Limitless?
You move up when you're ready, not when you've done your time. Seats are earned on competency, capability and confidence. The career path is learner, technician, senior tech, leading hand, then Division Lead.
Why join a trades group instead of going out on your own?
You keep the parts you'd go out on your own for: running your team, setting the standard and being rewarded for results. The Engine Room carries the quoting, invoicing, chasing payments, compliance, WHS, HR and tech, and the team has your back when things go wrong.
Do I need my own ute, tools or ABN?
No. We supply everything you need: ute, tools and gear. You don't need an ABN. You're an employee of Limitless Trades Group, not a contractor.
What are the hours like?
Most weeks are four full days plus a half-day Friday. We back good work-life balance, so you get time for family, sport and life outside the job.
